TERMS & CONDITIONS


SHIPPING POLICY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE Registered Express Mail within Australia only. All Australian orders will be shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping usually takes one to three (1-3) business days.

S I G The Label's online processing times are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (excl. public holidays). We will attempt to ship all orders within 24-72 hours once the order is placed, pending payment authorisation and verification. Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with an Express Post tracking number (for applicable shipments). You can track your order at http://auspost.com.au/track/

INTERNATIONALLY

For International Shipping we offer a choice between Standard and Express Mail.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when shipping destination is selected.

Standard Shipping* takes three to ten (3-10) business days Express Mail takes one to five (1-5) business days

*Standard shipping does not come with tracking details.

Please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email.

Make sure you input the correct postal address when placing your order.

S I G The Label is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect orders.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

If you are not there when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is.

RETURN POLICY At S I G The Label our priority is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high quality garments. We make every effort to ensure that the website reflects true stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within three (3) business days to arrange either a backorder or refund.

Our policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The customer must contact S I G The Label within these seven (7) days, and before posting the item. International (not including Australian) customers have a fourteen (14) day return policy.

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund 'change of mind' purchases.

Refunds are only processed for faulty goods. If your item(s) is accepted as faulty once returned, the purchase refund will be granted.

Take the time to use our sizing guide before your purchase to prevent disappointment, as we cannot make refunds due to incorrect choice or fit. But we will happily exchange the size for you.

If you are not happy with the cut or fit of your purchase, we can offer you an exchange of product or a credit note that is valid for the period of six (6) months.

S I G The Label will not cover the charges for shipping on returned items for exchange of product or a credit note.

If your item arrives in faulty condition, please contact S I G The Label by email at returns@sigthelabel.com.au before returning the item.

FAULTY ITEMS

S I G The Label will refund postage for any manufacturing faults in items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty. We will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

What defines faulty? 1. Manufacturing faults 2. Goods which are different to the goods that you ordered 3. Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention

Refunds on faulty items will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible, however please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.
